Grounding reduces and prevents inflammation from occurring in the body
This practice relies on earthing science and grounding physics to explain how electrical charges from the earth can have positive effects on your body. One of the theories is that our skin contact with the earth allows electrons to spread into the skin as well as the body, which thereby impacts immune markers.
