Meet Soul abode
Soul Abode is a community of practice for women of color. For our founders, Jennifer McDaniel, Yaneth Acosta, and Angela Williams, the mission to help women of color live longer, healthier lives is driven by our belief system. We believe that disease is unnecessary. We believe in optimal living. We believe in longevity. We believe we have a responsibility to heal our community and our families. And we are committed to educating & supporting women of color so they too can educate and heal their families of color. We believe that our curated community of women organized with intention, purpose, and innovation, can heal our entire community for generations to come. We created this platform, after healing ourselves both inside and out, to help others feel the same transformation we experienced through the power of community, food, and exercise. With our comprehensive approach to aging, we help women who are struggling with their well-being and stuck in transition; unlock their beliefs, behaviors, and habits so that they can design a life that moves them from surviving to thriving. We guide women home…to find their Soul Abode.
